First Meeting

We either meet in person or talk on the phone to discuss the piece you want created. At this time you can provide us with drawings, samples or photos of what you would like. We can also help with this step.

Acceptance of Proposal

We provide you with a drawing and quote.

Customer Approval

Customer signs off on quote and drawings. A 30% deposit is due at this time.

Finished Piece

We’re ready to deliver your custom piece! We will call to schedule delivery or pick up. Your final payment will be due along with any shipping charges at delivery.

Estimated Delivery

4-6 weeks from customer approval.
